Booking FAQ

What happens if a month is marked closed?

We're not taking new bookings that month. Partners are exempt from closed months — see our Partners page.

Do you need our save file in advance?

If your event uses a custom save, let us know its availability when you submit your booking so we can plan around it.

Can we request specific CC staff?

Special requests are part of the booking form — we'll do our best to accommodate, depending on staff availability.
