How booking works

From first message to debrief, in four steps.

Message us on Discord with your event date, route and expected attendance.

We confirm

Expect a response within 24–72 hours, checked against that month's availability.

We plan the route

Timing, stops and fuel points get worked out ahead of time, with a briefing for staff.

We run it

CC staff control the convoy live — spacing, speed and comms — start to finish.

Questions we get a lot

How far ahead do I need to book?

At least a week before your event, and no more than six months out. The lead time gives us room to plan the route and brief staff properly.

Do we need our own CC staff?

No — Central CC staff handle it. If you do have your own CC team, they can join under our supervision as External CC.

What if our plans change after booking?

Let us know immediately — date, route or attendance changes all affect staffing. Events we're not told about in time may be cancelled.

Is Central CC only for Central Transport events?

No. We're brought to you by Central Transport, but we take bookings from VTCs and groups across TruckersMP.

What's the maximum route length?

1,200km. Keeps the event manageable for staff and drivers alike, start to finish in one sitting.
